I bought a new F-150

Very friendly staff. Samir was really good to work with and Bryan was wonderful.The only negative was the extra cost that was not originally discussed. Very friendly and nice staff to work with. Service department very good and nice as well.

No Pressure Purchase Experience

If you have good credit, I would recommend starting your sales process over the phone after a test drive to avoid hours of negotiations at the dealer although if you do end up sticking around for the back and forth, they have a lounge that is quite accommodative. All in all, Shane and Arusha made sure I was taken care of and so I purchased a Fusion Energi. We didn't get to the price I had in mind but I feel I was dealt with fairly and that Shane went the extra mile to make the sale.

Finn Misa great salesman loved everything!!

walked in with a 2010 chevy equinox and walked out in a few hours with a 2016 fully load ford fusion with no money down and a 600 credit score Finn Misa great guy i loved everything about him and his team

Exceptional car buying experience

Mikhail was great! He helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for my daughter who will be going off to college soon. Not only does she love it, but it is a low maintenance vehicle at a low cost. The dealership was clean and all of the managers were extremely professional. I will be sure to send all of my friends and family members to Gwinnett Place Ford for future vehicle purchases.

Go see Mikhail!

I went in to Gwinnett Place Ford for service on my old truck and ended up walking out with a brand new fully equipped Ford F-150!! My previous truck was giving me a lot of problems and although I didn't plan on buying a new one, I was sold after test driving the new truck. The vehicle buying process was quick and to the point and I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Ford. Be sure to ask for Mikhail. He's awesome!!

Smooth sailing

I found a vehicle online that I went to check on at the dealership. We were basically met at the door by the salesman, David Fobare. He was very friendly and offered a test drive. He had a great sense of humor that cut the anxiety I was feeling. When we returned and went inside to crunch numbers and he was able to get what I asked for. There was never any pressure whatsoever. I've never had a more pleasant experience!

Everything went so smoothly

I found a vehicle on the website that I was interested in so My son and I headed to the dealership to check it out. I had been semi serious about looking for a couple of weeks. The salesman that met us at the door was David Fobare. I told him my interest and he brought it right around for a test drive. He was very easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor to cut the anxiety. Come to find out we had been conversing by text previously so it was nice to have someone already familiar. When we went back inside to crunch the numbers he didn't stop until I got what I asked for. I've never had a more pleasant experience. No pressure at all. Everyone was very friendly. And as a bonus we were blessed enough to be there for a customer appreciation lunch!
