Service

They forgot to add windshield wiper fluid. And I had to purchase my own. This is the first time they forget and wanted to let you all know

Oil change

I took my car there for oil change .The adviser didn’t place the order for oil change instead of the job he recommended .I stayed there for four hours the oil change wasn’t done which I didn’t know until I was on my way home , I saw the oil life still show 15%. I thought they didn’t reset it .When I got home , I called the main phone number tried to verify with him,The lady answered the phone who said he was busy , he would call me back soon . But he never call back .I asked the lady to check it whether the oil change was done or not .She said they didn’t do it .I was so disappointed .

Friendly and genuine Staff

Lerenzo was very patient with me. I was there a long time being indecisive and he was unbothered. He cared about my happiness in finding what I wanted. My experience in finance was fun too!
