Start/Stop Switch Service
The reason for my visit to Gwinnett Place Honda service was that I was experiencing problems with my Fit's start/stop switch. I left the vehicle after GPH business hours and Steven called by 10 am the next morning to explain that I had a short in my start stop switch and provide pricing for the repair. Although it was frustrating that this repair would fall outside of the warranty, I could not have asked for more service wise because the GPH team performed the repair that afternoon and had great communication throughout. I would recommend them to a Honda owner in need of a repair with some of the best service around. Thank you GPH. Neill Davis

Worse customer service by service shop manager and foreman
This review is not based in the entire dealership because they are amazing people that work in this workplace that I had the opportunity to meet and they are focused on make a sale, they try to make you feel like your a part of a bigger family, Luis Escobara, Clement Iyoha and much others are a great example of that!, the reason for the one star was for the last service done in this facility, I purchased a 2018 civic typeR almost $50,000 dollars vehicle and I started experiencing a gear grind from first to second gear, I took the car over to be inspected about 4 to 5 times, in my 4th visit a spoke to the service manager , Jae Kim and told him that I wanted us to work together to find a solution because I tired of going back and forth without my issues being fixed, from there he kind of took it as a personal battle, in my last visit he took the car in for more deep inspection with 8,497 miles reading, the shop foreman was telling his coworkers that I stupid,do not know how to drive and there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle, they took the transmission apart and found that it needed to be rebuilt or replaced, them the manager said that he will void my warranty, I had to call American honda to let him know that it was not voided, them he make me pay $1000 dollars for the inspection and did not fix anything, but typical example of life, they always going to be people that are going to make rest of the team to look bad, that'swhy I specify that the review was not based on the entire workplace.
