Grate Job Jesoph Yim & Mansoor!

Director Joesph Yim & Mr. Mansoor were extremely helpful in helping me getting a great deal ! I really appreciate both of them for their time and kind help in my purchase and I would come back again, and strongly recommend my family and friends to them! Not satisfied

Technician was not very informative about service provided to vehicle or findings. Didn't seem very knowledgeable,Mentioned that I have a problem with my dash cam/panel going blank and I was told that it was reset,wasn't given a reason for problem.

Impressive

I was very pleased with how things were streamlined (once I knew the procedure) Service rep was extremely nice. I like that I just drive up Like the car wash!

Friendly Staff

The overall service was excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful andJeff Hawes was fantastic. The vehicle came in for a 10k service but was also brought in for recall on fuel pump issue. My feedback would be instead of sending me 4 e-mail reminders (yes I received 4 e-mails reminding me of my appointment). What would be nice is that make the FIRST e-mail so that I can reply and CONFIRM the appointment and then the other 3 e-mails wouldn't clog up my mailbox. Additionally instead of getting so many e-mail reminders, it would have been REALLY NICE to know (in an e-mail maybe) that the service was going to take 3+ hours to complete (due to the recall) since I'm from out of town and had a 5 hour round trip drive, not to mention no place to go for 3+ hours..........

Customer Service is everything. The deals in and around Georgia are pretty much the same but what sets Daniel apart is his knowledge and experience. He got us in and out pretty quickly. I've bought many cars in the past and it usually takes all day. It was not the case with Daniel and Gwinnett Place Honda. I'd give more stars if I could. Thank you Daniel.

I've had several services from Gwinnett Place, and service representative Rudy Russo has been awesome to work with. He cares about getting the job done right and I trust his judgement. I tend to drive older Hondas because I buy and keep. Having a service dept at Gwinnett Place that I can trust makes this possible.
