An overall good experience
It was my wife and myself's first time buying a new car and the team was helpful with making the process go smoothly and worked towards getting us to a good price to settle on. They also installed(very quickly) some roof rails on top just before we left which was the cherry on top. We were in the dealership from noon to about 5:30, so it felt like forever, but theres is not much you can do about that I suppose. The brand new touch screen computers did make things go a little faster in the finance department, so thats a plus. Robert Dittrich walked us through some of the basics of the Honda CR-V EX capabilities with us as we were walking out of the dealership to go home, and I thought that was helpful and nice of him to do.

Expectations not met
I was in a time crunch to get my window fixed and the only reason why I went with this business was because they boasted they could get the parts needed in one day. Turns out they couldn't get it till 4 days later which put me back on my schedule. When I went to pick up the car after I was informed that it was done I paid for the services then was told after I paid that there was 1 more part that wouldn't come in for 2 more days and I could swing back there to get it put in the problem is that I'm not from this state and I have no idea when I'd be back in that area. I also paid for them to clean the glass out of my car when I moved some of my property that was sitting in the back out of the way there was a pile of glass sitting on my seat. When I informed the person handling my account they told me they would speak with a technician and did not offer to reimburse me for service that I paid for and did not receive fully. I feel I was bamboozled and made promises that couldn't be kept. Though the person handling my account was nice she could not live up to the promises that were made and did not inform me properly before I paid for parts and services that I did not get.

Excellence through and through
I travel for excellence and honesty. These folks operate in both. On my last visit, Brandon was professional. He went above and beyond with providing accurate answers to my questions. And, unlike other dealership service department, when I trust my car to Gwinnett Honda, I know it will be handled with care. Two thumbs up for Btandon and for Gwinnett Honda. I have also worked with Michael. He’s awesome too!

One of the best dealership, Clement was excellent
We were looking for Honda Odyssey. Clement did an excellent job with showing us the options, explaining each properties, helping for each step. He is one of the best agent. I was very skeptical first, buying first time new car is not an easy step for each buyer. Dustin was helping a lot for making our decision as well as Financial Services. Our buying process took more than 5 hours, think about being there at 5. 00 pm and leaving late night. Clement and Financial Service gentlemen (sorry, forget his name) was there happily and patiently helping and guiding us :) This is great experience for us, 10 out of 10. Thank you Gwinnett Honda.

Service
My first car ever taken to a dealer for service. only previous experience was with wife's Toyota at a Toyota dealership. One thing I don't like is there is no publication of what service needs to be performed at what mileage. I have to rely on idiot lights to come on to say when service is needed. That leaves an uneasy feeling if for instance I am traveling and want to know if to service before or after a trip. Not knowing presents the problem of the service light to come in in the middle of a trip.

Quick overall service and Alex had excellent customer servic
Excellent customer service. Alex had a shuttle pick me up in a timely fashion to take me to grab something to eat while I waited. He called me and sent the shuttle back to pick me up when my car was ready. He explained what services were completed and what may be needed in the future in a thorough manner. Well done Alex!
