Excellent Customer Service

I purchased my Honda Ridgeline from Gwinnett Place Honda ten years ago and have had all service performed at Gwinnett Place Honda. Jeffrey and Ronnie have advised me on the maintenance that needs to be done as well as alerted me on future service that will need to be performed. By giving me a heads up about future service to be performed they enabled me to budget for the future expense. Gwinnett Place Honda has surpassed my expectations of excellence in service, accommodating me when I needed a ride or rental. I would not have believed ten years ago that I would still be coming to the place where I purchased my Honda Ridgeline for everyday service or preventative maintenance. Thank You Jeffrey, Ronnie, and all the Gwinnett Place Staff for demonstrating consistent excellence in customer service for the last ten years. Keep up the good work.

buy a new van

Very pleased with service. Only needed oil change and replace headlight. In and out quickly. They take good care of my 18 year old car.

New Honda Civic Purchase 2015

The sales and customer service, and public relations staff are great! The folks I interacted with were Dustin Vance in sales, Albert in Finance, Angelia Jones in sales and Gisel Hernandez in reception/public relations. I went to a different Honda dealership at first, but should have came to Gwinnett Place Honda from the start. From start to finish our experience was excellent. Smiles all around. From the time you walk on the lot until you leave, top notch, well informed people who are warm, inviting and helpful. None of typical salesmanship here, You will be treated like a person, not a wallet. This is the best Honda dealership in Georgia. People from all walks of life with great attitudes, attention to detail and dedication to you as a person and potential or existing customer. Awesome! This is a 100% legit review, I just bought my brand new 2015 Civic SE and it's amazing! They wouldn't let me leave until everything was perfect. This is the place to get your existing Honda serviced or find your next model. I am more than pleased and would highly recommend you speak with Dustin Vance who will connect you to all the great people at this dealership for the best car buying experience you will ever have. They even call you back and stay in constant communication to make sure you are satisfied and everything is the way you want it. And just an added note, I came here as a result of the horrible experience I had at Carey Paul Honda in Stone Mountain, which is where I purchased my first Honda car. Go to Gwinnett Place Honda first, avoid the negative reviews, which are a few people that most likely have their own issues, not the dealership. This dealership will take care of you! A++++ Not highly recommended, Extremely recommended! Okay done, I almost wrote a book, lol.

Excellent Customer Service

I was very impressed with the service provided by Paul W when I brought my vehicle in for wash and wax. Paul W completed the job sooner than expected and did a great job buffing out multiple marks on the vehicle. I'm glad I was recently introduced to GPH and will certainly recommend my friends and family to the service center.

Great Expectations

My experience at Gwinnett Place Honda has always been a good one. I always expect good service when I go to Gwinnet Place Honda. My service advisor Jeff Hawes is very thorough and always courteous. He explains what my needs are whether I get the work done or not. I only go to Jeff Hawes, to get my service work done because I know he will always work with me and help me to the best of his ability to get my automobile repaired.
