What I do love the most is the service department!
The rep who serves us never spoke to us about the interest rate, always mentioning he was not allowed to discuss it. So, we waited over 40 minutes without knowing he had decided our interest rate. Then, when we went to the financial person she had to redo all paperwork after discussing the deal with her. It was weird and a bit annoying for wasted time. But the dealership vindicated itself at the workshop service, which was excellent.

Badly in need of a vehicle
I was in need of a vehicle. My sister referred me to M.BM. 12/3/20. She gave a long explanation of how they helped her years ago get into a vehicle. I called and spoke to Greg on the motor mile in Austin. He sent me an email to start the process. The next morning he called me and I went in. When we walked in the building, my sister said "oh s_ _t , I never been in this place before, I think it was another dealership." As we turned around to quickly exit by way of full speed dash, Greg walked out and introduced himself. We stayed and did the application. Greg was down to earth, kind, friendly, thorough, helpful and joked a lot. Whatever conversation we brought up, he could relate. He was/is/and will continue to be an amazing and outgoing people person. If they can help me, they can help anyone. I drove away in my vehicle and I was very pleased.

Terrible service
I am extremely disappointed with the service department. I have bought 5 cars from this particular dealership. Although I have no issue with the sales department and the Mazda cars (high praise for the GM one of the best I met), the service department is one of the worse I have seen. They never hold their end of the bargain, not even for a quote on an oil change. It must be run by unprofessional, incompetent service technicians. I will never take my cars their again.

Melissa is a magician. Really love her attentiveness and straightforward nature. She sold me a Mazda3 six months ago, went in for a circle check a few days ago and was told I could upgrade to a 6. Lovin it!
