Repeat customer to Eddie Carter . After our first experience we went back to him and he was good at explaining all the features including apple carplay. Very knowledgeable about all the cars features. Eddie was very helpful with any questions I had and made our car purchase a pleasurable experience. My wife bought her car in 2016 and the service has always been excellent anytime we needed anything.

Scammers in their service shop
I’ve been going here for 5 years and this was my first truly bad experience and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future. My tech was Gavan Carmona and my Service Advisor was David Castillo. In short, avoid these two like the plague. They’re both scammers recommending work that’s not necessary and providing deceitful estimates. I was in for a 55k mile oil change and they recommended new wipers (they replaced them when I got my inspection there just 3 months ago), a battery, a coolant flush, serpentine belt, tensioner, and water pump belt. I said no On the battery and wiper blades because I can easily do that myself. I replaced all the rest after being told the estimate would be about 300-400 for the work and because they’ve been reasonable in the past. I’m short, the work cost $700 (nearly double the verbal estimate) and after research the belts are supposed to last 90k miles. Finally, when I got home and replaced my wipers they were nearly new. No dry rot, no cracks, nothing. These two are scammers recommending unnecessary work and giving false estimates. They should be investigated by Mazda and gotten rid of because they’re ruining what was previously an honest business.

Mazda South Is The Best!
Took my Mazda in for its 35k maintenance xx up. Scheduled appointment on line - super easy. Arrived at service bay & was promptly met by Matt. Service bay was & always has been very clean & organized. Matt confirmed all my info. I mentioned that my brake light just started coming on in the last few days. He assured me that it would b cked out. I chose to wait in the clean & comfortable customer waiting lounge. My wait was only abt an hour. Very doable! (BTW - the new building is beautiful & very accommodating.) Matt informed me that my vehicle was ready. He went thru all the things that were done to my car. The brake light issue was addressed & repaired. He Explained each status of all the areas of my vehicle. Asked if I had any questions. Walked me to my vehicle & I was on my way feeling very confident & pleased w the excellent service that I always receive from Mazda South. Matt is very easy to talk to & is a excellent service technician. He did everything perfectly! Also - I really appreciated the COVID precautions that were taken throughout the business. My history w Mazda South has always been awesome. My 2013 Mazda that I have now is the 4th Mazda that I have purchased from Mazda South! I love Mazda vehicles & Mazda South! Service Appot
Made service appointment online and was greeted almost immediately at dealership by service advisor, David Castillo. Mr. Castillo was friendly, professional and efficient. The technician sent video detailing my vehicle’s condition and status. Waiting area has comfortable seating, TV, complimentary beverages and snacks and work/charging stations. Great experience!

100% awesome
I couldn’t find a vehicle where I live in DFW, so when I saw Roger Beasley South had one on the way, I reached out to reserve it. Eddie handled everything perfectly so the vehicle was ready with the adds I wanted when I flew down to pick it up a week later. The staff at this location is amazing. The facility is super clean and relaxed. The whole process took about 1.5 hours when I arrived to pick up my car. Quick and painless. I recommend these awesome folks to anyone.

A low cost fix to Mazda CX 5 front seat noise
I had a noise problem oo the drivers seat when you moved the seat back and forward on my 2016 CX5. I investigated the problem on UTUBE and found a reasonable low cost fix. I bought the part on line from a Mazda parts house and brought it to the dealership along with the UTUBE reference. My prior dealership experience on other issues (not this dealership) was a macro approach. i.e. replace the whole seat. Mazda South listened to the Customer (me) and the end result was a low cost fix that satisfied me immensely. I hope they put this into their reverence material for other folks who might have a similar problem.
