I went here and they drove me around a 50 mile radius untill I found my truck! Their gas and coffee! The sales guy i originally met didn't know anything about anything, but Everytime I asked a question he would hop on his phone or go find someone that knew the correct answer, this was truly impressive because all the other sales guys I had talked to at other car lots would just give me incorrect or flat out lies in response to my questions.

The best service advisor i have ever dealt with. We will be back for routine service and ask for him every time. He has a lot of automotive knowledge . Speck Hyundai of tri-cities is lucky to have this guy. Happy owners of a 2004 XG 350. See ya at our next scheduled oil change mike.

2017 Tucson
I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted now instead of having to wait six months. Everyone was very helpful in making it happen. I am a return customer and am quite impressed and happy with the Tucson.

Fantastic
Juvanny was great and everybody was super friendly. Answered any questions I had and made me feel welcome. Got me comfortable enough with the price, could always be cheaper but I don't feel I over paid much at all

Service department
I have been to this dealership plenty of times To have warranty work done on my car and have always left feeling horrible about my experience. I have only ever dealt with the service dept. in the past I have felt like I was talk down to by the guys in the service department and have dealt with more than one chauvinistic attitude. However today was different. Mike Marchese was there and treated me like a human being with decency and respect. I used to go in there feeling apprehensive but in the future will call and make my appointments directly with him, if he is still there. He was knowledgeable, PROFESSIONAL, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. I appreciate being treated with respect which is the way one should be treated in the service industry. Not sure this was a part of their culture before @ Speck. Hopefully they are changing that with Mike’s help!

Beautiful new car!
Jayson was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, the people were all great! I don’t think I saw one person missing a smile. We found the perfect car for me and wrapped it up for Christmas! The kids thought he was Santa! Enjoyed my day looking at cars! Thanks Jayson!

Best car buying experience
We were absolutely impressed with Jaysons customer service etiquette. He was friendly, warm, and informitive. He helped me get the best possible deal. He was never intimidating or persistant. We looked at several dealerships in the Tri-city area. Returned to Hyundai because of Jaysons welcoming feeling. I felt absolutely wonderful driving away with my new vehicle. We will definately recommend!
