This site changes the numbers around to make it seem like the consumer is getting a deal when they really aren't. My plan was to trade my car in for no less that $30,000. They made it seem like the tax credit of $1800 was added to the trade in for my car. I didn't really catch it until I had signed all the papers. Had I noticed what they were doing ahead of time, that never would have worked. I would have sold my vehicle else where so anyone buying a vehicle from them, pay close attention to the numbers and question anything that doesn't sound right.

(This was my eighteenth new-car purchase since 1970. This purchase was preceded by email exchanges about a specific vehicle available at the dealership.). Dylan was both helpful and attentive. Although the engagement centered around a specific vehicle known to both parties, the buying process still required several hours to conclude. The buying process of interest here was neither the longest nor the briefest encountered by me, and like my earlier experiences, was punctuated by salesperson absences that served to protract the overall process, especially given that face-to-face negotiation made up less than a minute of the time involved; I believe the up-front emails helped in this regard. In such circumstances as these, why can't the process take less time? But, the bottom line here is that if I were in the market for another Toyota, I would likely turn to this dealership, and ask for Dylan to assist me.

I brought my vehicle in because it was making a vibrating
I brought my vehicle in because it was making a vibrating noise coming from the passengers side dash??? Courtney assisted me and had a tech drive my car and could not detect the noise. He told me to bring it back if it does it again. Great customer service.
