Decided to take advantage of complimentary oil change
Decided to take advantage of complimentary oil change since purchasing my vehicle at a Autonation dealership. My oil was changed with the wrong viscosity. Discovered I now have a oil leak and the oil filter wasn't changed. I was hoping that this dealership would be a viable option for minor maintenance service. I am attempting to contact the service manager to address these issues. So far this has been a terrible experience.

Purchase of 2023 Rav4

One complaint is the way the tech slammed my seat back in my vehicle to make room for himself - did not like this at all! Service seems to have changed over the years.

I went in for a regular service and asked them to check one of my tires because it kept deflating and they said it was fine. The next day it popped.

There was a no drama in the process at all, I drove in and spoke with a rep who toke my car. I went to eat lunch and received a call within 30 minutes telling me that the work was done. A very pleasurable experience!
