These guys are amazing. I just saw a bad review that is complete false allegations. I am driving my second vehicle from Brandt. They're honest, professional, friendly... I can't think of anything I don't like about them since I purchased my first vehicle in 2019. Brandt has been a much appreciated blessing and I mean that wholeheartedly.

They DON’T finance cars with $500 down! More like $5000 down! They lie about everything. If you need a car. Go to CARMAX . Brandt asked for $6000 down and were very condescending to me hecause I suffered stroke and my credit was damaged. CARMAX asked for 1000 down and I git a lot better car!!(a hybrid Toyota Camry LE. I can’t stress this enough… do not even talk to Brandt!

I initially contacted Todd Norwak at Brendt Marietta location via their internet interface. Before making an appointment to see the car I asked him to quote me his rock bottom drive off the lot price and much to my surprise he did just that. The last few years used cars have held their value to the point a 3 year old car in current times is selling for what it sold for brand new. So, when your shopping with funds from an insurance pay-off that doesn't seem to be aware of these facts, you need a good deal on a good car. I was very impressed with Todd Norwak and all the people at Brendt. I test drove the car, I had my mechanic give it a good once over, and I purchased the 2007 Honda Civic LX car a little over a year ago. The only thing I have had done to it was regular maintenance i.e. oil changes, filter changes, etc. I did note at the time of purchase the battery would most likely need replacing before 3 years and I did replace it and a sensor that was affecting the drain on the battery over a very slow time period. All extremely minor things for a car that old with initially 120k miles and now about 150k. Hey Todd get ready, I'm coming back maybe this year to find a 2021 Honda HRV EX. So, start looking for me. You guys are honest, full of integrity, get down to brass tacks and awesome respectful customer service beyond and above.

Not happy with my purchase whatsoever but you live and you learn. Was being told how good of condition the vehicle was in and on the test drive and just looking around the car it seemed like a good buy. Next day, I took the vehicle to the dealer and xxxx started from there. Pulled into the service drive, check engine light came on but luckily I was there for a certified used vehicle inspection because I don't trust anyone. They needed to keep the car a couple days to look over everything. When they called with a LAUNDRY LIST of problems, my blood began to boil. I wanted to bomb his whole establishment. Mr. Brandt didn't answer any of my calls, texts or emails. I didn't even mention I had a problem, only that I needed to speak with him. Still no contact TWO MONTHS LATER! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF TRANSPARENCY, HONESTY AND RESPECT are your deciding factors when choosing to do business with someone. To make the vehicle DRIVABLE again, it needed over $5,000 in repairs. They are lucky I don't drive this piece of xxxx right through the building. xxxx Brandt Auto Sales. Overpriced xxxxty cars. Only reason I even bought the car was because the interior was in great condition. Over the first week, xxxx just stopped working. A/C did run cold but found out the A/C compressor clutch was missing, like non existent. So no A/C. Power steering rack and pinion and reservoir leaking. Oil pan leaking. Needs a new throttle body and oil pressure sending unit. AND TO TOP IT OFF THE MUTHAxxxxING TRANSMISSION NEEDS REPLACING. I travel weeks at a time so I haven't been able to make it back in the state to voice my concerns because as I stated previously Mr. Brandt won't answer my calls or emails or texts. This isn't my only vehicle, I have others to drive but the dishonesty then the disrespect to not at least text back. xxxx this company and everybody who work there.

Got there on a Friday evening at 5:30 to look at a car after driving for over an hour. They were closed. There posted hours where 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

After having a Camry for over 400,000 miles it was time for another one! We found a Camry at Brandt Auto that was above and beyond what we thought we'd find. Owner was very reasonable, let us test drive, take to the Toyota Dealership to check out. Could not be happier!

I just want to thank Brandt and Todd for the car (Mazda MPV) I purchased for my daughter who has five kids. This size minivan was perfect for her and my grandchildren. She loves it! As far as Brandt Auto Brokers, the process was easy, fast and fair. Brandt was very professional and nice to work with. I appreciate his understanding of my daughter’s situation. As a consumer I know that people often leave the bad reviews rarely the good. I wanted to be one of the ones that leaves a good one! Brandt Auto Brokers is AWESOME! I purchased my car a week ago and it was the MOST seamless process I have ever had. From finding them online- to emailing- to finding the correct car for the right price Mark (owner)made it seamless. I LOVE my car (Volvo) and the customer service was superb. I have in the past dreaded the car buying experience due to feeling there were things that I wasnt being told or some untruths being thrown in there. However Mark made me feel so comfortable and from the very beginning he kept communication open. He called/ left VMs (while I was at work) gave me a list of cars that fit my budget and I was able to just come and test drive then just pick it up. My payments are WAY more affordable than they were with my previous car and I would recommend this place to anyone. He sets people up to win- which makes sense- it is in his best interest as well as the client to put us in affordable units that are quality vehicles. Brandt has been in business many years (I believe over 20) and I see why. Quality service- I am at ease... If you are looking for a new/used car- (purchase here/pay here) this is your place. Sometimes we fall on hard times and need a little help back up- Mark didnt make me feel bad about my credit issues- he truly helped and I couldn't be happier. Honest people, good buying experience. I did not feel pressured in any way. Purchased a used BMW and got all previous records that were available. Ask for Richard.

Richard was AMAZING! My mother and I both came to look at specific cars and we were both completely satisfied. Richard was very very courteous and professional. He is a good person to refer others too and I plan on just doing that!
