The guys at the service are not friendly. I will say he was efficient. The other fellas in the past, were very efficient and personable.

I was thoroughly pleased at the customer service I received beginning the second I walked through the door at Hardy Chevrolet. My sales person (Matt Campbell) was very helpful and made my truck buying experience a great one. I simply expressed what vehicle I was interested in, my 'must haves' on my new vehicle, and the price range I preferred to be in and they made it work, even though my credit was not the greatest. I have recommended all of my friends and family to give them a visit the next time they are shopping for a new vehicle and I definitely look forward to many years to come of doing business with these guys and being part of the Hardy Chevrolet family.

Billy Barnett is a great Sales Rep. I have been purchasing vehicles from Hardy Chevrolet since 1982. This includes 6 trucks and 3 Tahoes. All but 2 were from Billy and this was only due to them being before his time started at Hardy. My latest purchase was a 2015 Colorado and was exactly what I was wanting. The sales process with Billy is a great experiance. I have sent several freinds to Billy, and all have left with a new vehicle and have said they will be back. My daughter and son in law have both purchased from Billy as well. I do recommend Billy to others.

Hardy makes the car buying experience very pleasant. The staff is very courteous and professional. I worked with Sales Representative Chuck Walker. Chuck is one of the most professional sales representatives I have ever worked with. He really understands and embraces customer service as does everyone at this dealership. He worked hard to get me the car I wanted in the price range I wanted. He constantly stayed in touch to make sure all of my needs we're being addressed. I have visited other dealerships but none were as impressive as Hardy. They make you feel like family not just a customer. Oh yeah it rained in Georgia for weeks so I had to pick my car up in the rain. To my surprise it was cleaned, gassed up and park under a shed so they could deliver it clean and dry. Wow!

I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado from Hardy Chevrolet. The salesman handled the sale was chuck walker. Mr. Walker was a great help in finding the vehicle I wanted, and completing the sales contract was very thorough and relaxing. My questions was answered immediately and I felt truthfully. It really was a hassle free purchase, and my thanks to Mr. Walker, and to all of the people that I came into contact with at Hardy. I just got a great truck and an excellent deal on my 2014 GMC Sierra Crew Cab working with Bill Sherfesee at Hardy GMC. I was looking for a great deal and found it in a new 2014 model. I've already put 800 fun miles on it visiting family in North Carolina. It is everything I wanted, roomy, comfortable and drives and rides terrific. And good gas mileage even at interstate speeds (or better)! Bill was excellent to work with, not pushy, gave me great information and searched several states for the color and specs I wanted.
