Convenient service

just came in for an oil change, service tech was very helpful! Completed oil change in the time they said it would be done.

Great Miller Chevrolet Service and Staff

Everything was great. The service writer, cashier and the waiting area. The only problem I have is your survey does not let me know which veichal was in for repair for this survey. I bring 5 yes 5 veichal's in for service. If there is ever something that goes not according to plan I'd like the chance to mark it so the results go to the correct person so they can change or improve.

Miller Chevrolet

We feel the valuation Miller placed on our trade was not reasonable. The reason we were given for the low valuation of our trade was Miller Chev. is taking a loss on the new vehicle with all of the discounts that are included. It is our understanding that GM is offering the discounts, and as a result, Miller is still guaranteed a fair price for the vehicle that was purchased, so the explanation did not leave us feeling as though we were getting a fair deal on our trade. We ultimately came to an agreement, but we prefer candid responses. The reason we did not give an "Excellent" score is the amount of time it took to get us from the bargaining table after we struck an agreement into the financing office took nearly an hour. The sales person we dealt with was terrific. He was fully knowledgable about the vehicle, and was able to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately.

Customer service is beyond expectation!

Miller Chevrolet is the only dealership that I will take my car for service. When it was time to get a new car, I went to Miller Chevrolet. I recently advised my brother to look for a truck at Miller Chevrolet before going anywhere else. He took my advice and is now the very proud owner of a brand new Chevy truck.

I thought Aaron and Brett (web) did a great job of providing me information. It started with Brett Corbin feeding me information via the web so I could learn more about the vehicle I was interested in. Aaron did a nice job of closing the sale quickly so I could make my 3 hour journey back north. Tommy Miller in accessories answered my questions and got me scheduled to install those on my time-line. Everyone worked together to make it a good experience. Suggestion for dealership: When sales person has more than one customer one of those other people could try to help. (Teamwork during the sale) HATED: The fact I had to take a loan to get the rebate. Just not right in my book!

I came in for an oil change and they found an outstanding recall and performed that as s well along with the time expected to do the recall and had kept me updated on the process

Service customer

All the staff are kind courteous and attentive to a customers needs and fears. Price, service, and quality are all things weighted. As reasonable as most discount stores, better service and quality as well. Makes it a definite no brainer when choosing a place for service
