Service department caused damage to my vehicle. I’ll never go to this location again and don’t recommend it. Dishonest employees

Took new Corolla in for 5K maintenance, fantastic reception, knowledgeable techs and friendly staff. They were also very accommodating and worked with my schedule, making things as painless as I could’ve imagined. Shout out to Brian. Thanks y’all.

Joey in service department did an excellent job of

Joey in service department did an excellent job of getting my Tundra in and out in less than the promised time. Have been doing my Toyota service here regularly since December of 2010 when I first purchased the truck from then Rosner Toyota. Sheehy has honored their lifetime oil change commitment and has never disappointed in quality of service provided. I highly recommend this service department.

Exceptional attention and assistance from Mr.

Exceptional attention and assistance from Mr. Tristen Hensel. Looks like a lot of handprints on the truck body near engine compartment attesting little or no consideration of truck body protection while under service. Again, exceptional help from Mr Hensel. Good results from repairs.
