Jeff Silvers was very helpful, and very kind to me. Very friendly and he got me in and out as quickly as he could. Very expensive to fix, but I guess that's the way of the world now. All in all, very easy to work with.

Easy to deal with. No apparent sales trickery and pretty straightforward purchase/sell. They valued my trade in vehicle reasonable and did not haggle over price of new vehicle. The biggest negative was simply the time it took to prep the car and complete the documentation. It took almost 3 hours for a simple, hassle free purchase!
