Our buying experience with AutoNation was excellent from the good trade-in offer to the final deal. These people go to bat for you and give you the best possible deal. My word for them would be "integrity". I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I have always felt like buying a car is a nightmare, my husband is very impatient and he always end up making the salesmen mad. This never fails. When we went to automation Chevrolet, our salesman Juan Betancourt was very patient with my husband and understood our needs. I have to say that was the most wonderful car buying experience we ever had.we definitely recommend Juan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at autonation Chevrolet.

My experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf freeway was better that better my husband and I recently walked out of finance at an other Chevy store however, few days latter in our way to Galveston saw this Chevy store & we decide to stop and look we were approached by a young man name Bryan Alphonse before we even knew it we were leaving in a brand new vehicle Jose Sanchez in the finance department was awesome kept us laughing the whole time this is what I call GOOD customer service.

Carl and other personnel made me feel like I was the only person there at times while assisting me with finding the perfect vehicle for me. They were able to help me get what I wanted while keeping me in my price range. It was a little shaky waiting for my vehicle to be transported from Austin but I was amazed that they were able and willing to go through those lengths to get me what I wanted. They also accommodated with an equivalent vehicle while I waited so I had plenty of time to adjust to the difference between what I traded in and what I purchased. They were very committed to me on my short trip there

Worked with an amazing and very professional and fun young woman named Ashely Henessy. Probably the easiest sales person I've ever had to deal with, very polite, not pushy. Cares about making her client happy with their purchase. GREAT place and selection. Left very happily. :D Had me laughing the whole time, was a greatly helpful salesperson on top of their game. I am gratefully thankful for understanding service men like James Young, he did an outstanding job and was very helpful. Service was great, I like servicing my vehicle here due to the close access that my husband and I can work with and of course the outstanding service job they due to my vehicle.

After doing some research on finding a new car that was in our budget and still met all the requirements we were looking for I was beginning to get discouraged. We were having trouble finding a fair amount for my trade in and were about to call it quits on trying to buy a new car. Then we found autonation and more specifically Lauren Faulkner! She was able to not only get us a great trade in amount but was also able to work with our budget while still getting us in the vehicle we wanted! She worked around our schedule and even stayed after her shift to help get us into a new vehicle. She has been a true blessing in the whole car buying process and we are extremely pleased with our new purchase!! Highly reccommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!
