Great Service!!

I brought my expedition to AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway for new tires and scheduled maintenance. Mikayla Madrid was my service advisor. Mikayla provided excellent service as the interface between me (customer) and the staff doing the work.

Thanks for the response. I will contact u 2day, I'm not mad,just want my stuff replaced and repaired. Like I've mentioned, communication is a plus and repairs /prices need 2 be honored like they tell u. But again, my issue got resolved, because it was dump on Alfonso and he was a big help! He kept the contact,it was the person b4 him,named Mark? Thanks

Ive reach out already,drop off quote to repair on damaged that was done. Again the communication is still not there. I spoken w/Marcus but haven't got inntouch yet.
