Charged 3K over MSRP.

Charged 3K over MSRP. Finance department lied and told us we needed windshield insurance due to sensors in our windshield making it cost prohibitive to replace, found out there are no sensors and cannot refund this charge (over $1K). Overcharged on warranty and gap insurance after looking into other Ford dealership programs ($6K). Tried to have the sale re-written per my financial instituions recommendation but they would not and said I will have to wait 4-6 weeks until everything processes before any changes can be made. This will surely mean I will not get everything that is due back to me. They lied and stole from me and my family. Charges not agreed to initially are on the final bill. After hours of waiting you are ready to leave and they rely on this to steal more from you. I signed once and the finance officer applied this signature to everything else electronically.
