Paul Jones and Autonation lost our personalized license

Paul Jones and Autonation lost our personalized license plates!!!! We bought a new car from Paul Jones and when we left the dealership, they were still on our other truck. The dealership takes cars of the transfer then they call. We can then pick them up or they can send them. They called and said they were sending and the only thing that came to our house was a photo copy of the plates. We called 3-5 times without a return call and then Paul Jones finally said, you took them! We mentioned, how did YOU get the photo of the plates, no answer. So we called the manager Saul and he said they are lost and we can't find them. You will need to go take care of the loss and get new ones. THEY WERE STOLEN! I would never buy another car from them at all.

The dealership in a whole was amazing and the work is

The dealership in a whole was amazing and the work is always done correctly. BUT I worked with Jose a service advisor that I had to say made my experience with the dealership very difficult. He not ONCE called me in regards to my vehicle, I had to be the one to call several times before anyone would pick up the phone. I had to be the one that texted him, but he never responded to any of those text messages. It took me calling the main number to the dealership to get transferred to the service manager to get any kind of update. So would I go back to this dealership yes, would I stay 100 feet away from working with Jose YES. Poor customer service on his end!
