Great experience
My husband and I live about 3 hours away from Houston North/Autonation. I spent several weeks prior to our purchase, canvassing various BMW dealerships in Temple, Austin, San Antonio, and the greater Houston area for a vehicle. Autonation/Houston North BMW proved not only to be the best deal, but also the most open and honest in their dealings. Henry Rustrian and Barbara Angelopoulous were responsive, and provided me an exact estimate of price - walking off the lot (TT&L). I never got the smarmy feel you often get from car salesmen. When we showed up to purchase the vehicle in question, it was exactly as advertised. There was no double dealing, or hidden expenses. They honored their offer of a trade in value for our 2011 BMW. When we went through financing, Despite being an Ohio State fan...Fred (unfortunately I can't remember his last name) was absolutely wonderful. He was professional and assisted us in establishing our financing, as well as a service/maintenance plan that was conducive to our desired monthly car payment and budget. I would definitely recommend this dealership for vehicle purchases.
