The customer service in the Service Department has fallen
The customer service in the Service Department has fallen off. I waited in my vehicle for 20- minutes while sales people walked by ignoring me . I finally went inside and asked for help. Eventually, a salesperson came to help me but I questioned why the staff ignored me for so long. I asked for Kevin, who's always helpful and makes sure I'm taken care of, I was told he no longer works at Carson Honda . And that's why this place is no longer providing good customer service

At the end of this conclusion, I left Carson Honda a happy and satisfied customer .. The finance department was also amazing with identifying all my finance questions and was able to educate me regarding my Honda purchase.
