Drove 2.

Drove 2.5 hours 130 miles one way with a 2 year old. Was told they had car and 2 trucksin our price range. When we got there they did not have the car or either of the trucks. All they could say was SORRY. Offered me a dirty Honda they just got yesterday had not checked it out or cleaned it up not even close to price range.

I didn't buy a car from them because they were dishonest

I didn't buy a car from them because they were dishonest with their pricing. Their website said that the car was listed at ~$45000, but the initial paperwork they brought to us had the sales price listed at ~$49000 with a "generous" $1000 discount. When I showed him the Honda Mall of Ga website that had the lower sales price, he "went back to talk to his manager" and came back with the correct sales price, but added on a number of "dealer upgrades" that came out to about $4000. This dealership does not deal with customers in good faith. They treat you like an idiot and try every imaginable sales tactic on you. I will never buy from them again. We had visited other dealerships to shop around and this dealership was easily our worst experience. We ended up buying the car for a significantly lower price from another dealership that treated us with respect and were upfront with their pricing.

The dealership had the inventory and just the car I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and professional and made sure I received great customer service. My salesman, Andres was especially helpful in working to make sure I got both the car and deal I wanted and I would highly recommend shopping for your next car at Honda Mall of GA!

The 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid Sedan suffers

The 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid Sedan suffers from significant audio defects: the subwoofer rattles loudly at moderate volume (level 14, default settings), and the front speakers emit static when idle. Testing an identical new vehicle with the Honda Mall of Georgia service team confirmed the subwoofer issue as a manufacturing defect, yet they deemed it "normal." For a $35,000+ car promoted with "premium sound," these flaws fall short of expectations and are unacceptable. I've arranged a meeting with a Honda engineer to tackle these issues. Potential buyers, rigorously test the audio system before buying to sidestep these problems.

A few days ago I visited the service center with a 2022

A few days ago I visited the service center with a 2022 Honda Pilot to have the AC checked. The assistant was JUAN who checked the AC by hand. He did not take the car to the workshop to have the same fault looked at by a mechanic. Since I was not happy with that decision, I sought out the general manager DAVID MARTINEZ who stood firmly behind Juan and confirmed that the AC CAN BE CHECKED BY HAND without using any specific tools. I asked David if Juan was a mechanic or a technician and the answer was NO. How can someone who is not qualified for that job diagnose a fault in a car.
