It is nice that they give you a Lyft one way but I think a round trip offer should be offered. I had to spend $40 on an Uber to get my car back which I was not expecting

My only concern was I could not get a hold of anyone who helped me purchase my vehicle days after writing the check. This was a struggle because I had many time sensitive questions about my purchase. The concierge wouldn't connect me with anyone even after requesting call back.

Yes, it is more expensive to have the dealer service department care for your car. However, peace of mind and trust are important to me. Third! I have the best Service Advisor in the Whole Entire World AKA... WEW. Wew, how did I get so lucky. Overall, the dealership is fine. Volkswagen offers free visual multi point inspections which is on the website. The service person I was assigned to did not know about this and said VW doesnt offer that and has never heard that before. I noted that it is on the VW website and was asked to show the website that advertises that. After showing this to service person, they said they will provide it it this one time since the managers werent around. The service VW provides wasnt something I needed to have approved as a one time courtesy when Ive had it done before at the same dealership. The person was new so I understand they were not aware of the service, but means that the training of new personnel needs to be better.
