I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at McGrath

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at McGrath in both Morton Grove and St. Charles. When I purchased my used 2019 Infiniti QX50, my purchase agreement clearly stated that I was to receive two key fobs. I only received one. I spent more than eight months following up with your team to obtain the second fob, but after repeated delays and lack of resolution, I was forced to give up. Now, the single key fob I was provided is failing, leaving me in a worse position than when I purchased the vehicle. To make matters worse, I have brought this vehicle in for service on two separate occasions only to learn that your facilities do not even have the proper equipment to service the car you sold me. On one occasion, I left my car while traveling for the week, providing ample time for service. When I returned, I was informed that my car had been forgotten altogether and then held for an additional week. I have spent countless hours trying to escalate this issue and get a senior-level leader to return my calls, yet no one has addressed these concerns. This pattern of neglect and failure to honor commitments is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on McGrath’s integrity and customer service. I expect immediate action to resolve these issues.

McGrath Acura was fantastic to work with. professional, friendly, and truly committed to making the process smooth and stress-free. Their team went above and beyond, and I felt taken care of from start to finish. I had visited another Acura dealership in Tinley Park beforehand and left disappointed, but McGrath made the drive more than worth it.

I have been a loyal customer of McGrath Acura's service

I have been a loyal customer of McGrath Acura's service department in Morton Grove for over 20 years, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Paul Tran. Paul has consistently offered outstanding support, professionalism, and timely updates on my vehicle for more than 12 years. Recently, I experienced two particularly notable encounters demonstrating Paul's exceptional service. The first occurred after hitting a high curb, resulting in two blown-out tires. Stranded on the side of the road after hours and unsure of what to do, I texted Paul. To my relief, he promptly responded with clear instructions for towing my car to the dealership and assured me a loaner vehicle would be ready first thing the next morning, allowing me to get to work without further disruption. The second instance happened during this week's intense heat wave when my air conditioning failed. Paul immediately invited me to bring the car in, promptly arranged a loaner vehicle, and efficiently managed the necessary communications and repairs through my extended warranty provider. Throughout this process, Paul kept me regularly informed and ensured everything proceeded smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend McGrath Acura of Morton Grove's service department, primarily due to the unparalleled professionalism, extensive knowledge, and exceptional customer care provided by Paul Tran.

We flew from Tennessee to Chicago to purchase an

We flew from Tennessee to Chicago to purchase an automobile that had been traded into the dealership. Beforehand, they were extremely helpful making sure we had all of the information about the car. Everyone was so nice. We flew into O'Hare international Airport and they picked us up and brought us to the dealership. Great experience. I highly recommend McGrath Acura of Morton Grove, Illinois.

We purchased used BMW 3 series with sales consultant Icho Isaac from McGrath Acura of Morton Grove, IL Icho was very friendly, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He told us many interesting things about BMW we didn't know about. Price negotiations were straightforward, transparent and not pushy. We received very fair price.
