They’re very knowledgable, professional, courteous and their ‘laid back-no pressure’ personalities made the experience enjoyable and pleasant. They answered all of our questions and was helpful with their suggestions in guiding and advising my son regarding the transaction and details pertaining to it. We were impressed every step of the way - custom service (the department they call Internet I think), sales, finance and service. I’ve been spoiled purchasing vehicles in the past so we walked in with the bar set high. Not only do I love the SUV I drove off in, Luxury & Imports in Leavenworth fulfilled every promise they made to us. I returned today to finish up a few things in the service department and Aron and his crew were wonderful to work with. I really appreciated the salesmen and everything seemed to go really well with the actual purchase of the car and financing. Since owning the car I have had issues with the tires on the car which I expressed concern about when purchasing the vehicle. It almost failed inspection due to the poor condition of the rear tires. Also, I took my vehicle in to get have it looked at for a check engine light and for whatever reason my warranty did not cover an emissions flap. I would have liked to see a little more effort with regards to customer satisfaction, but overall I would recommend

I came in on a whim after deciding to get a new car. They did everything in their power to get me a new car. Everyone had answers for me and I didn’t feel in the dark the whole way.
