Drove 2 hours to look at a couple vans they had for sale. Was very interested in one of the vans. Took it for a test drive and was ready to purchase the van. When i pulled back into the dealership from the test drive was told that somebody had purchased it over the phone. Supposedly I was told that somebody was interested in it before the test drive, which may have been. My complaint is why let somebody test drive a vehicle if you OBVIOUSLY have somebody that seriously interested in it that they can call and buy it well someone is TEST DRIVING IT! Then not give me a chance to buy it. Bad business in my opinion!
