My wife and I were shopping around for a new Mazda with a few dealerships, and we’re so lucky to have found Duarte and the team at North Shore Mazda when we did! Other locations either misled with what they had to offer, never showed interest in finishing a sale or in our genuine interest to buy a car from them. I called North Shore and spoke with Duarte. He was friendly, immensely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and the best advocate for a buyer you can ask for. He was honest, and we never felt pressured to get something we didn’t want. Thank you to Tim Mullins for his help with the finances and paperwork. He was extremely kind and walked us through important elements in the process. Lastly, thank you to Lisa for going over all the car features and making sure we were all set before driving off! We cannot recommend North Shore Mazda enough, and especially Duarte! We left with our dream car, and you can too!

Duarte Bettencourt made buying my 2020 CX-5 easy and painless. He was able to find something within my budget and helped us figure out how to keep the monthly car payment down. There was no pressure, no hidden costs, and Duarte is a very friendly guy with a comforting smile!

North Shore Mazda in Danvers and Duarte Bettencourt are an exceptional business and salesman. My Father-in-law has leased several cars from them and has always been satisfied. Today he just picked up his new 2024 Mazda CX 30.

Arrogant!

Arrogant! Deceptive Richard Bell Sales Manager Rude! Hung up on me with issues I was having with my purchase! SOLD a used CX9 With brake issues. Northshore Mazda the worst dealership to Deal with. Love you when you purchase but when you leave the parking lot? THEY HAVE NO SHAME IN NOT EVEN GIVING YOU ANY TIME TO EVEN SPEAK TO US! Even Hung up on me! Which tells me they knew they were wrong and had no come back. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM NORTHSHORE MAZDA! RICHARD BELL SALES MANAGER SHOULD ATTEND SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES!

Duarte was great.

Duarte was great. He answered all our questions with patience. The physical space was comfortable and welcoming. The manager who completed the financing was very well informed. Lisa at pick-up showed us how to use all the apps available. overall a great experience.
