  • The best car buying experience ever!

    I just recently purchased 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring from Jason Piazza, North shore Mazda, and honestly, it has been a best car buying experience ever...! First of all, My son and I came 30 min before closing time to see the car, and Jason and Chris were staying late, patiently showing us the car for another hour, after the dealership was officially closed. The prices negotiation was pretty straightforward and painless, as the car was priced just right. I was a bit nerves buying a used car, because of the recent experience with another car's dealer in Stoughton, MA, where that guy "forgot" to disclose that the car, I was looking to purchase, has been in a serious accident. Good thing that I brought the car to my mechanic, before buying it. I brought my concerns with Jason and he had no problem with me showing the car to my mechanic after all the pre-sales work is done on it. But what really impressed me was that he agreed to bring the car to my mechanic in Waltham, pick me up from there and drive me to the dealership. Everything went well as planned. The car was well prepared: the dealer replaced front and rear breaks, installed new front tires, and replaced the steering wheel. While I was in the dealership, Jason told me he could not locate a second car's remote key, so he programmed the second one. But interestingly enough, couple weeks later he called me and told he found the second key (now the third one), so he was kind enough to mail it to me :). I would highly recommend Jason, as top notch professional. Great experience!

  • Great Dealer Experience

    I'm a 2012 CX 9 owner. I bought my CX 9 at North Shore Mazda and have had good experience with them...sales, delivery and service. I've had my CX 9 ...serviced there since I bought it and Service Manager John Burke and his team have always taken good care of me. I'm currently in the market for a new car and I'm considering a new CX 9 among other makes and models. I've visited North Shore recently to explore and test drive the new CX 9. General Manager Dan McBride and Product Consultant Zoe Ventre have been great to work with...friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, price competitive and low pressure. If I do decide to purchase another Mazda, no doubt it will be from North Shore Mazda.

    I was greeted by Mike Martiniello he showed me a used car that I was interested in. We test drove it. Very helpful and knowledgeable. New or used they... had a great selection. I will definitely return in The future.

    Reason #437 why I'm a loyal Mazda owner. I called North Shore Mazda for a group 35 battery (cheaper & more reliable than Duralast, I work in parts) fo...r my fiancees car after just getting one for mine. I knew it might a long shot since everyone's been out of these due to the long cold snap. They told me they were out and all their suppliers were as well and didn't know when they'd be receiving any. Well, I get a call this afternoon from the parts manager and he had managed to get a few from their Wellesley location and went through his call log to find my number to let me know he'd save one for me. Needless to say North Shore Mazda will be getting more of my business.
