Best Experience buying a car.
I never thought that buying a new car in a dealer could be pleasant. In my past experiences, I was worried about not getting the car I wanted because the seller put pressure on me to buy "the car they thought was best for me". But I have to said that my experience in this dealer was amazing. Salesman Alain was really kind and helpful. Everything was clear and I ended up driving a beautiful Malibu. horrible customer service
I contacted them through cars asking about a car with no pictures on it. I was interested in it and asked to get more pictures. The guy, Lazaro Aguiar, said he'll email me back with pictures asap. I waited several days and figured he probably forgot. So I emailed him again. No response again.. I then contacted their website email to see if maybe that'll work. Nope.. So I decided to talk to their live chat. It took a while before someone was there to chat to. The person then said that they're going to make sure it never happens again and someone will be informed of it. She then also said she'll make sure I get the pictures for the car now. And... Guess what?? No emails of the car pictures at all. I was willing to fly out all the way there to get the car if everything checks out in the pictures, but I guess they don't want my money or business. Horrible horrible customer service and experience. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Great service and no pressure
Went in to look at cars but worried about being pressured, there was no pressure and when we wanted to look at lower priced cars it was no problem and the salesman was not trying to push the higher priced car. We found the car we liked and my favorite color. I love the Chevy Cruze Limited. Autonation was a joy to buy from. Walked out the same day with my new car.
