We did almost everything over the phone and it was so

We did almost everything over the phone and it was so easy. Bennie was an awesome salesman He listened to what we wanted and made the experience very enjoyable.

Southtowne delivered the worst dealership experience I’ve

Southtowne delivered the worst dealership experience I’ve had to date. It started with the first point of contact, an intern sales rep who came across dry and not welcoming. I drove about an hour to specifically see a Hummer EV that was listed as “on the lot,” only to learn it wasn’t there. The other Hummer EVs on site were reportedly in GM buy-back status, so the trip was a waste of time. To be fair, the salesperson I worked with tried to help, but it was clear he wasn’t getting support from management. I asked for preliminary numbers to understand where a deal might land; two days later I still had no figures and no follow-up from anyone. Overall, the process felt careless and disorganized, incorrect inventory information, poor communication, and zero urgency. I left frustrated and without the basic courtesy of a callback. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My salesman Riley was especially helpful and patient with me making choices and costs. He also walked me through setting up phone ,etc.

We are new to the area and one thing about our move is

We are new to the area and one thing about our move is that we wanted to find “ our dealership “. At our old house we could walk into the dealership and we knew everyone and they knew us. I told our salesman at Southtowne that we were looking for that and he kept checking in with me throughout our process of buying a new car and I truly appreciate that he not only heard me but also listened. Thank you Jon, Kenny and Daniel at Southtowne GMC for welcoming us and getting us in our beautiful Sierra AT4!

They offered me $8000 on trade in on my car when NADA

They offered me $8000 on trade in on my car when NADA said it was worth &11300.Had to finance with them in which they gave me a high interest rate when I have excellent credit. Then they put my trade in on their website for $22000 a few days later. I’ll be refinancing soon. They’ll rob you if you let them.I wish I would have just walked out the door but my wife really wanted that car. I definitely will do no more business with them in the future.
