As always I was greeted with a service rep.

As always I was greeted with a service rep. who quickly took my information and went to work on the car. 30 minutes later all was done and the car was returned with a list of work done and what needed to be done. Everyone was very courteous and efficient. I appreciate the dealers attitude and desire to have a long term relationship with the customer by excellent service. Thanks everyone.

Went in for an oil change.

Went in for an oil change. Attempted to schedule more intensive service but was told by the service dept (not quick lube) that they do not take appointments and I should just bring it in. Well, that would require that I take a day off of work and do not feel comfortable taking a day off if I’m not fairly confident that I’m going to get all the work I need done. On top of that I live in Las Cruces and they do not have service loaners, just a shuttle. Even though I was aware, the service advisor stated the shuttle doesn’t go to Cruces. I need quite a bit of work done ($1500+) and I also worked in the car business for 21 years. Our dealer always had loaners available for bigger jobs. I guess I’ll just go the local Honda dealer even though I’ve been treated poorly there in the past.

Also, the three stars for price transparency and communication does not apply to the quick lube portion of my experience. On the service side, I was not offered a chance to explain what services I needed. The rep didn’t seem to care. I was hoping to get a quote for the services I needed but was just told to “bring it in” again and again. Maybe “listen” to what the customer has to say?

As usual a little expensive but good job.

As usual a little expensive but good job. Was a little dissapointed when they did not diagnose why the VSA light was on and they also missed a nail in the right frt tire said losing air because of dry rot. Tire was warrented and replaced. At no cost. Also charged for programming keys (2) changed out immobilizer. According to honda they should be able to fo up to 6. Bought a new key and they couldn't program one that came with the car. I guess they only fix the problem and were blind to the VSA light stairing them in the face. This automobile is well taken care of and is now going to my granddaughter. This is why we shy away from dealer service. Service personnel courteous. Car has been in owned 15 years and still in excellent condition because of maintenance keep up to date.

The dealership staff were great to us. Very respectful and polite. This has been by far the easiest buying experience we’ve had Colson answered all of our questions. Lucas helped tremendously to have us drive home in our new car, we love it!

Initially I wanted a Toyota Camry.

Initially I wanted a Toyota Camry. The Toyota dealership was difficult and not clear about their inventory. Rudolph on the other hand were great. Colson answered all my questions directly, straight to the point. Handled my information with strict confidentiality. Lucas was superb, was able to get me an excellent deal despite my challenging credit. Super happy with the outcome. I wish I'd looked into this dealership sooner. Ohh, I love the car!

Bad service

On July 9, 2022 I took my vehicle in with you my barely 6 month old car for a sound to the passenger side, the technicians determined that the sound is due to a part that they will order. Willie Ray Garcia said since covid there is a shortage, and it will take some time for the part arrives. In September I call Willie Ray who says that the part has not arrived, and he will call me back when it is there. Then in October same thing happens. Once again in late November, it has now been over 4 months since I took in my car to you, I decide to go in in person and Mr. Willie Ray Garcia states, ?let me check ?, he tells me that the part has arrived and to bring in the car. I am amazed and think what a great coincidence that the part arrived that day. But I take my luck and do not make anything of not being called whenever the alleged part arrived as it had been promised previously. On or around Nov 29th or 30, I left my car so they can fix it, I?m pretty sure that one who received the car was at that time was Taylor, a slim white male. I told him Willie Rey was the one taking care of my car he said he will tell him tomorrow. On December 6th I called Mr. Willie to ask for a date when my car will be ready and to my astonishment and disbelief his answer was ?yes you can bring your car in ma?am?. He replied this after my car has been at the dealership well over a week and he had no idea whatsoever or pretended not to! I find it ridiculous and hard to believe that you would have a car in your service department for this long and no one asked: ?Whose car is this?? or ?What is this car waiting here for?? Truly enraging at that time Mr. Willie apologized and said: I?m so sorry we will fix it soon and call you back. On December 10 I called him again because I really needed my car, as I no longer had any other car to use or borrow. He said it will be ready December 12. Then, Dec 12th comes around and I show up to pick it up my vehicle and conveniently Mr. Garcia was not there. Anyhow, about an hour later I received a phone call from your service department telling me that now they have identified a problem in my car?s left side. The following day, I immediately noticed the same sound on my car?s right side. This, has been very frustrating and exhausting, I do not have a spare car to use and I need transportation on the clock to complete/attend my daily task. I am a nurse I work rotating shifts to include weekends, nights and holidays. So having a functional and ready to go vehicle is essential to my needs. On January 3rd, I took my car once again to your service department to have your staff fix my originally ongoing complain since July 9th 2022: the sound to the right side of my car. On this day (Jan 3rd), Mr. Mike received my car and I was able to vent to him how disappointed I am with Mr. Ray Garcia lack of professionalism. I asked Mr. Mike if he could follow me to my vehicle to show him the noise/sound my car has been making since July, but he replied that was not necessary and that he will take care of this problem. Nine days went by, and I had no phone calls or any sort of update from your staff, so I decided to make a phone call today (January 11th at 0830AM) and things got worse. I was then notified by Taylor Lambing that Mr. Mike had quit his job and no body seemed to know what was going on with my vehicle. Your staff told me that they will give me a call this afternoon by 0300 PM. Unsurprisingly no body call me today, I had to give you a call back at 0630 PM, then, I was notified that no service had been provided to my car at all and that a technician will check my car tomorrow morning. As you can see, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed on how things had been handle by your staff members. I had choose Rudolph Honda thinking that your services were reliable and professional, but to my surprise, my experience with your business has been a nightmare.

Exceptional customer service.

Exceptional customer service. Prices are a bit high, but so is the quality. I believe you get what you pay for. I have had my car service performed at Rudolph Honda for the past 12 years, and I have never been disappointed with the work they have done. My 2008 Honda CRV has 300,000 miles and although I have been diligent with maintenance and repairs, it still runs great.
