Unfortunely Rudolf did not follow thru with their

Unfortunely Rudolf did not follow thru with their promises:First, I was told I would get $500 below sticker price. It didn't happen. Second, I refused ALL the extras Lucas offered, but GAP insurance appeared on the contract, an additional $662 !!! My son spoke to the manager who said all would be refunded. It's been two months with no esponse from Rudolph. Dumb me didn't check the contract until I got home. Don't let them rush you; read ALL before signing. Oh yes, I had to buy a new battery within two days of getting the car home. Couldn't they check that? Finally, no user manual.

Efficient drop off on day of service.

Efficient drop off on day of service. The courtesy shuttle was available and the driver was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Great vehicle service, especially liked the video updates and responsive messaging. Thank you!

Honda dealer fast reliable, however the Auto Butler

Honda dealer fast reliable, however the Auto Butler service is a bit of a chore since it is not offered on weekends, I have to ask if you use "super polyglycoat" on the finish, then why do you need Auto Butler?

excellent customer service provided by Joseph Cuellar. it was not Lynn that helped me but it was Chris. he was awesome also! it was fast and pretty easy. I was very happy with the services that was provided to me!
