My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Misha and Hartford Land Rover. I have never been so comfortable with a person trying to understand what we were looking for and allowing us to look at a few cars and settle on the one that fit our needs the best! Recently bought a 19 cpo. I noticed that there wasn’t a manual when we were going through the delivery. The sales person, Adrienne, told me that everything‘s available online and Land Rover doesn’t produce manuals for environmental purposes. I did a little research and found out that was not true and Land Rover gave me a link to buy a new manual from them directly. When I brought this to the center managers, Aaron attention He told me he check with Land Rover and they do not produce manuals. It’s really disappointing that they didn’t take the time to talk to Land Rover to get me a manual which was part of the CPO delivery requirement per Land Rover. Even more frustrating that when I do need to do something with the dealership the horrible attitude I get. I just returned the dealer a device they forgot in the car and Adrienne couldn’t have been any more nasty when I brought it in. I made a 25 minute drive to bring them their item back and I didn’t even receive a thank you.

Customer friendly staff eager to answer any questions that I presented. I left with a good feeling about my new purchase. Rob Gengras and Stephen Lucas made the experience pleasurable.

Excellent purchase experience as usual. Bought my 2nd car in 2 months an ordered Defender and everything about the transaction from order to purchase went smoothly and was easy. I will stay a loyal client as they have always been great to me.

Just picked up our 2nd Range Rover Velar from them,...

Just picked up our 2nd Range Rover Velar from them, worked with Robert both times and whole process went smoothly. Given a good trade in value and switched from a 2018 Velar to a 2021. Service at LR Hartford for the 2018 had always been great and I imagine it will be the same for the 2021. Now awaiting an order Defender due in Oct 2021 also working with Robert on that one. As you can see we love this dealer and enjoy working with them. Highly recommended.
