The co-owner is arrogant and marks up vehicles 15-50K

The co-owner is arrogant and marks up vehicles 15-50K above sticker or used car pricing or as Aaron is pricing them " market value" when other dealerships are selling for sticker or real used car pricing. Then, calls and demand when you should take delivery, not when you can take delivery. Go to other dealers and save yourself A LOT of money. Robert Gengras is in North Haven now, and Aaron is making disparaging remarks about Robert. You'll have a much better experience in North Haven as I did; I got a brand new 24 RR LWB ATB for a sticker, whereas Aaron wanted $30K over the sticker for a used 23 RR LWB ATB with 5K miles on it. Sales reps in Hartford have attitudes and almost feel like they are at a lower-value vehicle with high-pressure sales staff. Stay away from this dealership unless you have an LR and need emergency service.

They're advertised price's on used vehicles do not

They're advertised price's on used vehicles do not include the up charge of $1,798.00 for Simonizing and theft insurance. With this added cost it puts them over a good price and into a bad deal. The car I looked at wasn't detailed and had gum wrapper on the floor. Salesperson was in a rush and very rude. When I asked about the $1,798.00 up charge, she asked if I could read the description in the advertised price!

The buying experience with Misha was great, and this

The buying experience with Misha was great, and this would be a 5 star review if based solely on that. Misha was communicative, the process played out efficiently and as expected, and I do love driving the car. But this is a review of the entire dealership and the service department is a mess. I have no issues with any one individual, it is just very difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame, and twice, when I had an appointment the car sat there and didn't get worked on so I had to go back and pick it up. I've since given up on bringing it to the dealership and instead work with a local garage when needed. Great car. Fun to drive, but expect headaches if you bring in in for service.

Extremely rude experience with Kyle Skiba, sales manager.

Extremely rude experience with Kyle Skiba, sales manager. He doesn't seem to appreciate customers and gets irritated when the conversation isn't exactly the way he imagines it should be. Has no interest in bettering his dealership and it shows.

We're giving a 5 star review for this dealership because we got the best experience! Salesperson Michael Malchevsky was extremely helpful. We ordered the car in March and even though we waited a couple of months, it was well worth it. Michael kept us in the loop the entire time and always kept us updated with new information. All staff were very professional and friendly. On the day of pickup, we were welcomed like family and everyone came to congratulate us on the new purchase. This was the first time in my car-buying experience that I really felt like a valued customer. They genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied. After a couple of weeks of driving the beautiful new car, we received a check in to see how we were enjoying the car. That meant a lot to me and my family.

From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Robert Gengras was responsive, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a gentleman. He guided me through the entire process in an easy and enjoyable manner. Steve Smith in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Professional and knowledgeable-he made the buying experience seamless and the process very pleasant. The delivery of the vehicle was smooth and well coordinated. Omar gave me a clear and understandable presentation of the vehicle's features. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience. Highly recommend this team and dealership!
