I am very impressed with the team at Land Rover Farmington Valley. I have owned many premium cars and I can truly say that they are the best dealership... I have ever dealt with, especially in terms of post-sales customer care and servicing. They are very professional and the team really know their product and provide great service, at a great price. As a result, I have been going there for over 10 years, and am now a loyal Land Rover owner who would only consider replacing my current vehicle with another Land Rover. I only wish that they also could become a Jaguar dealership and service center so that I could take my Jags there also. I have also been very impressed by their sales team, who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Having a very busy work schedule, I let the brakes go to the point of grinding. I stopped @ LRFV to schedule an appointment. Ryan& Marc were able to squeeze... the service in that day...I greatly appreciated their efforts ...

I located 2 cars I was interested in and sent inquiries through cars.com. they did not respond to either inquiry. That is not very good customer service.

My car is always well taken care of and best of all I'm treated so well. This will sound phony but I enjoy going there. If I wait I'm comfortable or I'm... taken across the street to shop then picked up when the car is finished.
Getting a car serviced is usually a nightmare, but not at Mitchell's Land Rover in Canton. Laurie does a great job scheduling your visit and ordering parts.... Check in process is slick.......left in 5 minutes with a loaner. Maintenance is thorough and of high quality. And the car is washed and dried even better than I do it myself. All this because Don and his staff "care". Don even remembers my name from servicing to servicing.....nice touch.
From the initial phone call to the service department and through the entire process of servicing my vehicle, the experience was professional and the interaction... stellar. No drama, no up selling just business as usual. A pleasurable experience all around!
