Best service department ever!

Best service department ever!! However, the person that put this dealrater together needs to work on it a little more. Not very reactive to me trying to type in info !!!!

Failed to call me with updates.

Failed to call me with updates. Lied about how long it would take just to get me in. I was clear about needing my car for a trip the following day. She should have scheduled me for later. I also got hung up on multiple times while my car was there. It was a very uneasy feeling. Treated me with extreme disrespect all around.
