I stopped in unexpectedly because a tire pressure sensor fault message appeared on my dash. Bul Guerrero not only welcomed me but he was able to fit me in for a multi point inspection. He explained everything in detail. There wasn’t a sensor available but I could go home & share the information with my husband. We will get it taken care of right away. Many thanks to Bul

The facility, the staff's courtesy, and our salesperson were all great. What I did not like and will tell others about is that you have one price for used cars—no negotiation. The price that I agreed to pay, because my wife wanted this car, was over $1000, above a fair price and even more than a great price. I was willing to pay a fair price. I DID NOT like your sales technique and will tell other that I DO NOT recommend you.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with the AutoNation Ford Bellevue has been an unmitigated disaster, and frankly, I'm beyond pissed. They held onto my car for a staggering year and a half. When I finally got it back, it had the same problems. They claimed they replaced the engine, but guess what? It wouldn't even turn over. What kind of "fix" is that? Customer service? Non-existent. I had to practically beg and fight for a rental and a loaner car, which should have been a given considering how long they had my vehicle. Their communication was a mess, so I escalated to Ford Corporate. Even Ford Corporate was met with the same runaround and inconsistent information. And get this – because I called so many times trying to get an update on my car, they made me look crazy to Ford Corporate. Like it's my fault they couldn't keep their story straight or actually fix my car! My car was fully covered by a recall, and they confirmed it. After all that, my car stopped working again after they "fixed" it. So now I'm stuck without a reliable way to get around. They said they'd tow it, but I'm still waiting. And to top it all off, I had to call them and ask for the documentation of the work they supposedly did. Shouldn't that have been given to me when I picked up the car after they said it was fixed? This entire experience has been a complete nightmare. I've been incredibly patient, but my patience has completely run out. This dealership is a joke, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, your money, and your sanity.
