AutoNation Ford Bellevue

Always get honest and complete service from Josh and team. I hope to keep my car for a few mor years. With the team’s help I will then start looking at Ford first. A great mechanic is worth there weight in gold.

These guys and gals are great. I will always return with my truck when it needs service even though I did not buy it there. The system of check in is better in person and the discussions about the work are better over the phone. Times are tough with new personnel in new jobs and I really get the sense the employees like to work there.

The folks at the Bellevue location are friendly, helpful, and efficient. This location is convenient and easy to access even during rush hour. The facility is pleasant and very clean.

Paul Hinzpeter is great at Bellevue Ford. The issue is there was a error in the brake assessment in an earlier appointment. So while in for a brake service after about an hour and a half I was told the brakes are good and are at 80% left. So i drove down and wasted about 2 and a half hours of my time.
