I recently took my truck into Garnet Ford for multiple

I recently took my truck into Garnet Ford for multiple warning lights and diagnostic codes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service representative was professional, asked detailed questions, and made sure everything was clearly documented. Throughout the process, I received several updates, which I really appreciated. I also mentioned an issue I was having with my headlights, and they made sure that was addressed as well. In the end, my extended warranty turned out to be a great investment, covering the repairs and saving me a lot of stress. Both the service team and management went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. They even provided me with a loaner truck while mine was being worked on, which made a huge difference. Overall, great service and a smooth experience—I’d definitely recommend them.

I have been using Garnet ford for both my 2012 focus and

I have been using Garnet ford for both my 2012 focus and my 2013 escape, both cars have 100000 miles plus and running great, thanks to service staffs at Garnet!! What else can I say, but what a great service department!!

my service was great.

my service was great. The dealership is another question. I received an e-mail dated 2/1 showing 3 three items to be used if I wanted. when i had given the e-mail, I was told the car wash was broken since December. If this was right then why was I given coupon for complimentary car wash? This may not be a big deal to some, but if you are giving coupons, then they should be honored, especially if there was a problem 2 months earlier.
