We visited the dealership midday on a Saturday and was greeted by a friendly salesman who was super knowledgeable, easygoing and relaxed. There was no pressure to purchase. He was able to get a better financing rate than my credit union which is unusual. We were in and out (with a new vehicle) in about 2 hours.

Garnet Ford is very customer friendly in understanding needs and providing several options to meet the customer needs. The sales manager and his staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Garnet Ford in

This is my second vehicle purchased from Garnet Ford in Chadds Ford, PA. I also purchased both from Kyle. I have never had any issues with this location. I personally won't go to any other location because of their customer service and dedication on making everything go smoothly. Thank you to Bryan and Ira at Garnet Ford for your

Thank you to Bryan and Ira at Garnet Ford for your excellent service. Y car battery died, and after Ford roadside Assistance jumped my car, I took it Garnet. Bryan made sure my car was carefully inspected for issues that may have caused the battery to die, as the battery was only a year old.. When none was found, they replaced the battery. Both Ira ( service manager) and Bryan ( service technician ) were polite, professional and knowlefgsble. Kudos to Garnet Ford to employing these fine men.

Not only did these guys beat the lowest lease offer by $100/month, but Mauro?s low key, non-aggressive sales tactics, and professional knowledge on how leases operate was a refreshing change!
