Great service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Service rep. I spoke to gave me all the info. I needed and spelled out the costs. I never actually was in the building. I really appreciate the night drop-off and pick-up. Thanks!

No need to look any Further!

As usual I came to Garnet Ford/Brian Duvall with my list of problems and he said come on over lets take a look and see what we can do! All the service reps and associates are always accommodating and helpful. Brian got all the info, put me in a loaner car and sent me on my way. Called the next day with some updates and suggestions and I picked my truck up that afternoon. Back on the road and ready for winter. Thanks for the Super Service.

Great tire change!!!

Great service - quickly performed and well done. Excellent communication as far as letting us know when service would be done and when it was done. Also helped us save money by applying and using the QuickLane credit card.

I always feel appreciated and important at Garnet Ford. Wayne does his best to get my car serviced as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have never taken the 2002 Escape anywhere else for service.

Not bad service but...

I had to wait almost a month before I could schedule an oil change. As part of my purchase I received a free loaner car usage but they were all used to do to"recalls". Not worth my 25 mile trip I'd rather pay someone else or buy a Chevy from a local dealer. However your service people were fantastic and accommodated me as best as they could. I can't say I will buy another Ford but it won't be because of the service department they were fantastic.

Satisfied Customer

There are many other places I could take my cars for service that are closer for me, living in South Philadelphia. I continue to take them to Garnet Ford becuase of the consistent excellence in service - and implicate faith I have in the technitians. I always feel well take care of - and not taken atvantage of - as has been my experience at other dealorships. I heartily recommnend Garnet Ford to friends and aquaintances.

Great service!

I set up an appointment for 2 recalls on my Escape. I received a call from Ford stating that the free inspection revealed that I needed an alignment. It's amazing what a difference that made in the ride and steering as I'm driving. My family has been very pleased with Garnet Ford as my two children have made purchases within the last 18 months and the service department always take good care of our vehicles. Keep up the great work!
