When I went into Sandy Springs Toyota, my intentions were to narrow my field to a certain Sequoia. When Fritz began working with me, he convinced me to take a look at a used Lexus GX470, since the new Sequoia was out of my price target. After driving the car, the "negotiations" began.....but were short, painless and satisfactory to me. He walked me through the process and I was soon ready to leave with my new vehicle. Fritz volunteered to take the car home with me which was a great help. Fritz was the reason I purchased from Sandy Springs Toyota. His friendliness, knowledge, and easy-going manner made the process painless. Please thank Fritz for me!

My primary means of transportation died completely, so I utilized the MARTA system to reach the closest dealership to my apartment; which happened to be the Sandy Springs Toyota. It was very cold and windy, so I phoned Fred to let him know I might be running (or, more accurately, walking) a little late. He then graciously agreed to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. From that moment on, he was an amazing person and salesman. Unlike a lot of other salesmen, who try to force every little add-on down your throat and insist on this or that model, Fred was very receptive to my wants and needs. I only had a vague idea of what I was searching for, but Fred walked me through some of the different notable features of their vehicles. He also helped me find which vehicle was right for my budget, and was very apologetic if any step in the process took longer than a moment. In the span of two hours I perused the selection, took a test drive, selected my vehicle, signed and drove away my new Toyota Yaris. The whole time Fred kept a smile on my face, and did his best to answer any and all of my questions. I would highly recommend Fred Barnet and Sandy Springs Toyota to anyone looking for an addition to their automotive family.

Excellent experience with the sales rep Fritz, he followed up on all of my needs. Financing was also a pleasure with Jerry, he made the paperwork seem very easy and kept in touch with all of my answers to all of my questions. I will recommend this dealership to everyone.

Harrison Wiggins went the extra mile in selling a Toyota Camry. He had good salemanship and provided all the information including pricing with various options. Customer Service adds value to Toyota. Car buying is an exciting experience with so many choices. As the buyer has so many dealers to choose from, it takes good salesmanship on the part of the dealer and a certain comfort level on the part of the buyer to make the deal. Customer service was good, everyone that I came in...
Customer service was good, everyone that I came in contact with was courteous. I did not receive any service that can be considered "work", therefore I cannot rate Quality of work. Everyone was friendly. The purchase experience overall was positive; I will recommend this dealership to my friends. I found a better price (only slightly, -$280.00) in Gainesville, GA at Milton Martin Toyota. I had a limited amount of time to devote to this purchase effort and therefore chose to buy locally. If more time was available, I would have driven to Milton Martin Toyota to purchase this automobile.

Very pleased with Harrison Wiggins. He understands about cars, listens to customers and patiently works with you. He does now apply stress and is not overbearing. I would recommend working with Harrison. If it's a pricing issue, he will work with his managers to get you a good deal.

Sandy Springs Toyota definitely lived up to their high ratings! The entire sales process was very comfortable, definitely NOT high pressure, and I was very happy with the deal I received. Everyone, from my salesman (Harrison Wiggins) to the finance team to the service personnel, was great. Friendly without being chummy, and committed to doing whatever they could to make the experience pleasant. During the sales process, if I had a question that Harrison did not know the answer to, he found the answer for me within minutes. When the finance team ran across a roadblock in the process, they found a way around it before I even knew there was a roadblock. When the car needed service for an issue that developed the first week, the service team took care of it immediately, without questions, and provided a free loaner for the day the car was in the shop. And two months later, I am stil raving about the Prius I bought, about Harrison Wiggins, and about Sandy Springs Toyota. I will definitely return next time I need a car, and recommend them to everyone.

Harrison found me wandering around while my Highlander...
Harrison found me wandering around while my Highlander was being serviced. (Dan in Service is great too!) He offered to help me and, when I told him I wanted to test drive a Prius, he quickly brought one out. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered questions that I didn't even know to ask about. He was very calm which I appreciated because I generally get a little nervous when I am test driving a brand new car. He was helpful with out being pushy (that would have turned me off immediately) and has done nice follow up since my visit. We are not ready to buy yet but when we are I will touch base with Harrison again. Stacey Cimowsky
