I have never been treated so fairly as in this dealership. Darlene was with me through selling my Lease and buying a good used car. Thank you all very much.

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I was ready to buy a different car somewhere else, but decided to take one more for a test drive. I contacted Don Sitts Auto, and Darlene was able to accommodate me right away. Upon arrival I saw that they had pulled the car into their immaculate garage and gave it a fresh wash and detailing just for my drive. The car was in outstanding condition, as the team at Don Sitts is clearly picky about the cars they put on their lot. They gave me fair value for my trade-in, and once we worked out a deal, the financing/paperwork process was super easy. Next time we’re in the market for a used car, Don Sitts will be our first stop.

I was looking online for a certain, special car that would really grab my attention. I didn't see one locally so I broadened my search parameters. Well I found what I was looking for but it's out of state and several hundred miles away! I thought this might be a challenging situation to buy a car, sight unseen, from so far away. Don Sitts Auto made my car buying experience stress free and better than any other dealer I've ever bought from. Even though our communication was via phone or e-mail, I was treated as if I was there in person. I would like to recognize my salesman, Dave Connelly, for his professionalism and exceptional customer service throughout the whole process. He was there for me every step of the way from start to finish. Mr. Connelly not only kept me in the loop but he went above and beyond, in my estimation, to make sure I was completely satisfied. I cannot thank him enough for being so courteous and forthright. He genuinely cares about his customers. He takes a lot of pride in his job and it shows. Don Sitts Auto even did a terrific job handling the shipping. The car was delivered right to my driveway! I'm truly grateful for how they conduct business at Don Sitts Auto. A Terrible Experience !!! I drove a total of 340 miles, wasting 7 hours of my life, to go see a vehicle that I was told was in Excellent Condition. Not even close. The CHECK ENGINE light was on, broken trim on the door, the grill was loose, it had a vibration when you drove at even slow speeds, and rust that was painted over with black paint to hide the rust. The sales person apologized for the problems. I was expecting to buy a vehicle that day, which is why I made the long trip. Did anyone there even care? NOPE !!! Sorry for your luck. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone... ever !!! Stay away from Don Sitts Auto.

Don Sitts is now my favorite used car dealership ever. From my 1st phone call to them, thru some service work I’ve had done. They have been professional, caring, attentative to all of my needs. Ted my salesman, Angie in the service department, and even Don Sitts himself have treated me in such a way that I have complete trust in them. I could give you details after details of how they have gone above and beyond what most dealerships do. They have posters all over dealership about taking care of their costumers and let me say they do that. It’s a hour away from where I live but I will make that trip to do business with them. Don Sitts Thanks to you and your entire organization for the care you’ve shown me.
