Auburn Honda

Don't know what I'd do without Auburn Honda for my automotive and psychological needs. My last visit was kind of an emergency, on a busy Saturday, and Stuart managed to get me in and out very quickly. I really miss Dave Mays but the service dept. has done a remarkable job adapting to his departure.

Unbeknownst to me, where I originally purchased my service contract, the dealership was sold and the new owners would not honor the contract. No prior notice was given. Auburn Honda was the only dealership who provides service. At my initial call, they were awesome!! They told me what was needed and provided guidance. Recently purchased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline from Auburn Honda. They were great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured. We worked out a deal that we both agreed on fairly quickly. The Ridgeline I purchased had just arrived at the dealership so they hadn’t had time to complete their usual new vehicle preparation. They were accommodating and arrangements were made for me to return and finish the final details. I very happy with my new purchase and everyone that I worked with.
