Honda 2021 HRV AWD
I had a great experience with Phil, who helped me with my purchase of my new 2021 Honda HRV AWD . I love my new car. He was patient with me and helpful going over the features of the new car. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location

Best Dealership We Ever Bought A Car From
Auburn Honda is a different kind of dealership because of the people. From Phil, in sales, Paul, the manager, and financial services they were all kind, truly helpful, and they walked away to give us privacy, and the time to think about what decision we wanted to make without any pressure. We visited four different dealerships from average to one was so slimy, we left after viewing only one car. We bought at Auburn Honda because they were so genuine. We started looking to buy another new RAV4, but we shopped Honda for comparison. We bought a Honda CR-V due to roominess and vehicle upgrades for the money.

One star as no prices are displayed on-line. Get with the 20 century....let alone the 21st. Do you really expect to do business this way?

BEST SERVICE HANDS DOWN
Let me be very clear in this review I had gone to every dealership, Car lot, financing location and credit union desperately searching for someone to help me, a single dad just trying to get a vehicle to be able to pay the bills and safely transport my daughter to school, daycare, and to her mothers but I received every run around and scheme imaginable that would benefit the salesman not me the customer. That?s not customer service. That was until I went to Auburn Honda! I was skeptical but the initial reassurance and comfort given by salesman Donovan Buttram was such a drastic change I knew something was different about them. Now my terrible credit had stopped me before from getting a car but not with this guy! He was positive he could get me a vehicle and a good one at that. A few hours and one test drive later him and his finance team got me onto a BRAND NEW 2017 Honda Civic LX. I drove off the lot with tears rolling down my face in utter disbelief. HUGE THANKYOU TO EVERYONE AT AUBURN HONDA AND A SPECIAL THANKYOU TO DONOVAN! You all just made my life reach its potential to not just survive but thrive.

My 17 type r
I want to thank david, tom and donovan for getting a new civic type r for me. There was a mark up but they were straight up with me since the very beginning no surprises like ive heard other dealers doing. They were nice, helpful and gave me a great experience even though i am an out of state buyer. Thanks guy so much!

I recently bought a new HRV from Auburn Honda. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I didn't feel any pressure from the staff at all. My salesman was Robert Hennum and he was really great, and patiently answered all of my questions. The facility is very nice, and the best thing was that once I made up my mind, the paperwork went really fast and I was driving my new car home within about an hour. These people are great at this dealership and I highly recommend them. I actually have another Honda dealership much closer to my home, which I visited first. I was not happy with how that went. It was well worth going the extra distance to Auburn.

Go somewhere else for an oil change
It took 30 minutes to get someone to talk to me and another 90 minutes to get an oil change. The idea that you can come by Auburn Honda without an appointment and get quick service is a myth. I'm sure their other services might be fine but they obviously don't have enough staff to do the job they advertise. These service guys are all run ragged.
