Auburn Honda

Had an appointment for 9:15 for just oil change, promised 1 hour, got my car back at 11:05

Auburn Honda is great. I used them for all my service to both of the Honda I’ve owned. The best service every time I go there. Helpful, polite and courteous knowledgeable. They always check any discounts available for my services. Informative of what needs to be done at that time or later. Always can get my car in for service and completed a timely manner. I’m always told how long it will be. Never to busy to give you a call. Great waiting area. Love the snacks and refreshments available.

Stuart and Eddie were great. They resolved 2 issues for me. We weren’t able to duplicate and diagnose the 3rd item, after multiple attempts and test drives. Eddie checked out my concern on the suspension, and put me at ease that everything was solid. I really appreciate the thorough check up and feel comfortable everything is good now and that the team will take care of me if the issue arises again in the future.

Worked me to follow through on warning message and completed prompt repairs. Answered all my questions and kept me informed

Michelle was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her professionalism and no pressure approach was greatly appreciated. Her help after the purchase was outstanding. She answered all my questions and explained features I was not familiar with. Finance Manager Thi Nguyen was very helpful and professional. She explained and gave me very good advice on different options. Of. all my experiences with purchasing a vehicle this time was the best.
