I got a great deal on the car.

I got a great deal on the car. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Love the car. The cleaning crew could have done a better job detailing the car. The sales rep did help clean it up before I left.

Very professional!

Very professional! Made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle and the salesman had it ready when I arrived. Explained everything, went over all the financing options, warranty options, and made purchasing a smooth process.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Dyer and Dyer Volvo personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and patient. They actually made leasing a new car a pleasant experience.

Watch out for Derek Felix.

Watch out for Derek Felix. Absolutely, straight up lied and tried to blame another associate who cleared up Derek's lie. So unnecessary considering such a great manufacturer and well built car. Hopefully the ownership or Volvo takes appropriate action. Would never want to work with someone in Finance that is untrustworthy and trying to get over after the sale is made.
