We purchased a certified used XC 60 in August for our teenage daughter. After bringing the car home, we realized that a few of the items on the 170 point certification inspection had not been completed. We called the dealership and they did repair the items. About a week before our tag expiration we called the dealership because we had not we saved our tag and we did not want it to expire. Very long story short after four weeks we still do not have a tag. We have called numerous times, including the sales person, sales managers and the general manager, and have gotten nothing but lies. Every day they say that we will get it ASAP or someone will go pick it up that day. Then every time we ask, we get some excuse, our tag person is not in or we don’t have a Runner today or any excuse they can give us. I think if you do not have a need, the dealership would be good, but if there is a problem, they are absolutely horrible.

Exceptional sales service!
Excellent dealership. Professional and generous. Rob was our salesman. I highly recommend him! My 88-year-old mother bought a car from them and changed her mind within 24 hours. She decided she wanted the upgraded model instead. Rob and the sales managers bent over backwards to accommodate her and get her the car she wanted even though they took a hit on the first car (because they could no longer sell it as a new car). They even delivered the 2nd car to her home. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable of the interior features and VERY patient - he walked my mother through everything she needed and wanted to know. He could not have been more gracious. AND, they gave us the best deal of all the metro Atlanta Volvo dealerships. There’s good reason they have been around for 50 years! Truly exceptional……
