Jim Ellis enabled me to have a merry christmas

On 12/22, I had to make an unexpected visit to Jim Ellis Hyundai to replace a damaged tire. When I arrived, my normal service advisor (Bruce Vernon ? he?s amazing btw) was out to lunch. Since I had no appointment, I was informed that Eddie King would assist me for the day. I was initially apprehensive since I had never worked with Eddie and Bruce is a tough act to follow. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was Eddie able to assist me in getting my tire fixed expeditiously. He kept me informed of the process and was a true delight to work with. Eddie reaffirmed my decision to purchase my vehicle from Jim Ellis 8 years ago. I consistently bring my car here for service and this will not change. Now, I have two service advisors that I feel are COMPLETELY capable of providing me with EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you, Jim Ellis. Thank you, Eddie King.

Wonderful Experience

Throughout my lifetime, I have purchased more than 30 vehicles. From Pontiac Fiero’s to Jaguars to corvettes. In all of my years I have never been treated by such a professional salesman such as Darrow. My wife and I have had such horrible previous experiences that prior to the beginning of the dealing, my wife stayed outside of the facility and sent me in by myself. But we quickly learned that dealing with Darrow was without a doubt a pleasant experience. Darrow was not only extremely patient but was very respectful and made everything very smooth. Darrow made my wife and I feel at ease throughout the entire buying experience. In addition, even after we purchased the vehicle I contacted Darrow on a few occasions and he was very responsive, responsible, professional and helpful. It has been a pleasure knowing Darrow personally and hope that when my wife and I decide on purchasing our next vehicle that Darrow is still a salesman. We will DEFINITELY, WITHHOUT A DOUBT DEAL WITH DARROW AGAIN. All in all, when my wife and I decide to purchase another vehicle we will definitely go to Jim Ellis and hopefully Darrow again. Each vist was stress free and costumer service was great throughout the facility. My service advisors Mike Ennis and Dannon Henton was professional with a smile. Dannon Henton have Great interpersonal skills and communication skills and he is a Great militasker. Quality service each visit.
