Can’t say enough good things about Vern Eide! I have had wonderful and fast service in the body shop, service, and buying four vehicles over the years. Recently I worked with Jacob Sample buying a used Nissan Pathfinder and he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and helping me zero in on what would be the best fit for me. We started at the Acura location and ended up looking at more inventory in the Vern Eide system at the Mitsubishi lot seamlessly. Good service as always. One thing that was a bit wierd is I had oil change and tire rotation. Upon resetting miles my MPG dropped to 15. Wierd but in the 100+ miles to get home it only got up to 18.6. Not sure if some recalibration was done but in heavy wind I get 20 minimum. Normal is 21-22 mpg. Havent driven any more since. Overall speedy and efficient.

Started by a listing on the internet, ended with being very satisfied customer and wishing more dealers were like this one. Caught a car that was just listed, I have been looking for over 6 months to find that "Unicorn" of a deal and there is was! I emailed them and Blake called me within the hour! I asked a lot of questions and he had most of the answers, the ones he did not the answer for were answered by Blake within about 30 minutes when he called back. I put money down over the phone, flew there with my wife 3 days later and we drove home after signing. Both my wife and I are "car people" and we both said this was the best auto dealer transaction we have ever had. My disclaimer is while I was in Europe I purchased a Volvo through the military program and I took a trip to the factory/headquarters for Volvo. That was not a trip to a dealer so I do not count that one. Just a great overall experience and we were treated like people and not a number to add to the score sheet like most dealerships I have dealt with. Thank you to the staff that makes Vern Eide Acura be the dealership that you are. Just a great place to do business with. Shout out to Blake Budde and Ronnie Stovall you made the deal seamless and painless. We had a GREAT time with you and you made the deal SOOO MUCH BETTER! than any other auto purchase we have experienced.
