Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Bought my 2016 Dodge Durango from Kernersville Dodge couple months ago. They give you your first oil change for free. I brought it in for service this morning and had them check out my passenger side running board. It had a crack in it and they are going to replace it. Now I don't know if it's covered under warranty but they are going to hook me up. How awesome is that if you need a Dodge or Chrysler please go see Frankie at Kernersville Dodge he will give you a good deal. I know I went there I dealt with him and I'm a completely satisfied customer. Heck they even wash your car after service.

First there was the bait and switch move in the beginning. I was talking on the phone with a woman and she informed the price lowered on the vehicle I was interested in. I asked to please call me if it were to sell as I was coming from 3 hours away. She Never told me I could pay a deposit over the phone to ensure it would be there. My husband and I drove the 3 hours and we were told, "It was sold but if you want to look at it you can" WHAT? It was sold very internet sale or somewhat for a higher price than I was quoted over the phone by the sales person, so I was told if I matched the price it was mine. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN my cue to leave. We buy the car, it was not a great deal but it was what we were looking for. It was sold "as is". There was my second clue to leave and missed it!!!!! We bought an extended warranty to cover the "As is" or so we thought. 2 months later we need a fix and the warranty will not cover. They lied in the beginning, they lied all the way through the sales and then all the way through the warranty purchase. I have 1 piece of paper from the dealership covering the warranty, I called the warranty today and they stated I should have received 3 sheets informing me of all the details of the warranty. I will be looking into the laws regarding the disclosures on used cars.

Very smooth operation.. I was approved right away over the phone , and because I'm from out of state it was important to me to have great communication...and when I arrived I was contacted right away by the dealership then a driver that came and picked me up .the driver was very professional. Once I got there I met the team ,signed papers and was back on the road with plenty of day left for traveling Ps the truck I bought was very hard to find and I could only find it at this dealership I love my new truck ...I'm very happy ...giggity 😊

Great place to shop for dodge ram everyone was super nice talked with Katie on telephone she was very helpful answered all my questions and I had lots of them.
