John le said he would take what amounted to $20 or $25

John le said he would take what amounted to $20 or $25 for letting them exchange my Lima plate holder for your Norm reeves plate holder, but I think only $10 was taken off. Otherwise was great and quick.

Great service oriented staff with curtióus, professional folks who performed a detailed inspection of my 2010 Civic coupe Report ranked items found in order of urgency of corrective action, with cost estimated cost of repair. I’m happy to be able to spread out repairs/service over time.

Great service across the board. Everyone involved seemed engaged and happy to put in the effort to make a fair deal. Worked with what I wanted and did not tell me want I needed or wanted, which is a plus for me.
